Single delivery medium

The OùRA! card is a personal, nominative single delivery medium that allows you to go wherever you want in Rhône-Alpes.

It can be used for TER Rhône-Alpes train tickets, on the public transport networks in Lyon (TCL), Valence (Citéa), Grenoble (TAG), etc., and of course on Saint-Étienne Métropole's STAS and VéliVert networks.

Travel made simple: you can load up to 8 different types of ticket on it at the same time.

How to use your OùRA! card with the STAS?

The OùRA! card is indispensable for:

• Loading your monthly and annual season tickets (whether full or reduced rate)
• Loading up to 99 Voyage Souplesse flexible travel tickets
• Loading your VéliVert subscription

Once you have your season ticket or subscription on your card, all you have to do is validate it by placing your card on the reader each time you enter a vehicle.

How to get an OùRA! card?

You can get an OùRA! card in one of our Espaces Transport travel shops:

• Place Dorian, Saint-Étienne
• Châteaucreux railway station concourse, Saint-Étienne
• Place du Moulin, Saint-Chamond
• Parc-Champirol tram stop, Saint-Priest-en-Jarez

You will need to bring:

• 1 recent colour identity photo
• 1 identity document
• 1 proof of address less than 3 months old (e.g. electricity or phone bill, rent receipt)
• Justification of any entitlement to reduced rates.
